TubeSigma ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using TubeSigma, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile data (e.g., name, email) to create and maintain your account.
• YouTube channel and video data. With your consent, we access your YouTube channel metadata and analytics to provide insights and dashboards (e.g., channel info, video titles, publish dates, views, likes, comments, watch time).
• Authentication tokens. We store OAuth tokens required to access the YouTube API on your behalf until you disconnect or delete your account.
• Usage data. Basic product usage (e.g., pages visited) to improve the service. We do not sell personal data.

How we use information

• Provide core functionality (analytics, planning tools, dashboards).
• Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product.
• Communicate important updates about your account or the service.

YouTube API Services disclosure

Our application uses YouTube API Services. Your use of YouTube is subject to theYouTube Terms of Serviceand theGoogle Privacy Policy. You can review and revoke TubeSigma’s access to your Google account at any time viaGoogle Account Permissions.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention

We retain your account, OAuth tokens, and analytics summaries while your account is active to provide the service. When you disconnect YouTube or delete your account, we stop accessing your data and delete tokens. If you request account deletion, we delete your account data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations.

Your choices and controls

• Disconnect YouTube (unlink only). From Settings, you can disconnect Google/YouTube. This revokes our access and removes tokens from our database. Your TubeSigma account remains.
• Delete account. From Settings, you can request full account deletion, which removes your user and associated data (subject to legal requirements).
• Revoke access in Google. You can revoke TubeSigma’s access directly atGoogle Account Permissions.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share YouTube data with third parties except as necessary to operate our service (e.g., infrastructure providers) under appropriate data protection agreements.

Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards, restrict internal access on a need-to-know basis, and use TLS in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (e.g., session cookies) and to maintain your logged-in state. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Vercel Web Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly, cookie-less web analytics to understand feature usage and improve stability and UX. Collected events may include page views, referrers, approximate region, device type, and browser. We do not build personal profiles or track across sites. The processing is based on our legitimate interests in operating and improving a secure and user-friendly service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Learn more atVercel Analytics.

Children

TubeSigma is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
