Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TubeSigma ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TubeSigma.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use TubeSigma.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
• Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

2. Use of Service

• Use TubeSigma only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or reverse engineer any part of the service.
• Respect third-party rights and applicable platform policies (e.g., YouTube and Google).

3. YouTube API Services and Policies

TubeSigma uses YouTube API Services to access your channel and analytics data with your consent. Your use of YouTube is subject to theYouTube Terms of Serviceand theGoogle Privacy Policy. You can review and revoke TubeSigma’s access at any time inGoogle Account Permissions.

Our use of data received from Google APIs complies with theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to your content. You grant TubeSigma a limited license to process and display your data solely to provide the service.
• TubeSigma’s software, branding, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Do not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

5. Plans, Payments, and Changes

If TubeSigma offers paid plans, fees and billing terms will be presented at checkout. We may change plan features and pricing with notice.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please read ourPrivacy Policyto understand what we collect and how we use it.

7. Your Controls (Disconnect vs Delete)

• Disconnect Google/YouTube: You can unlink your Google account in Settings. We remove stored tokens and cease access; your TubeSigma account remains.
• Delete Account: You can request full account deletion, which removes your user and associated data (subject to legal obligations). See ourPrivacy Policy for details.

8. Third-Party Services

TubeSigma may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. We also use Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics to help operate and improve the service. SeeVercel Analytics for details.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a harmful manner. You may discontinue use at any time.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TubeSigma and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your place of residence or our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
